Years of Experience

A Counselor, a Parent, and Someone Who Truly Gets It

Allison Jones is a Christian counselor, therapist, homeschool mom, and passionate advocate for families. For nearly 20 years, she has worked with hundreds of children, teens, and parents, helping them navigate the challenges of childhood, adolescence, family relationships, emotional health, and personal growth.

As both a professional and a parent, Allison understands that raising children is about far more than managing behavior or achieving academic success. It's about nurturing deep roots of faith, character, and emotional resilience while preparing children to thrive as capable, confident adults.

In addition to her counseling experience, Allison has spent years homeschooling her own children. Her oldest son graduated high school while simultaneously earning his Bachelor's Degree, giving her firsthand insight into helping students succeed academically while developing the life skills and maturity needed for adulthood.

Through Foundation & Flight, Allison combines professional expertise, biblical wisdom, and real-life parenting experience to help Christian families build strong foundations and prepare their children for the future God has planned for them.

The Foundation & Flight Philosophy

Building Roots. Preparing for Flight.

Many parenting resources focus only on behavior. Many homeschool resources focus only on academics. Foundation & Flight focuses on the whole child — from the inside out.

Children need both roots — faith, character, emotional health, and wisdom — and wings — responsibility, resilience, independence, and purpose. That is the mission here.
